Charging rules
A credit is charged only for a valid, unique profile actually delivered under the documented rules. Discovery candidates, duplicates, rejected profiles and provider failures are not charged as delivered leads. Partial completion may occur.
Refund requests
For duplicate payments, incorrect charges or provider failures, contact info@instaleadlist.com with transaction details. This policy does not remove statutory consumer or chargeback rights where they cannot lawfully be excluded.
