Retention schedule
Account data: Until account deletion is completed, subject to legally required retention. Search prompts, saved lists and results: Until deleted by the customer or the documented retention job is implemented. Billing/tax: For the applicable statutory accounting, tax, dispute and fraud period. Suppression: Only as long as needed to honour the request and prevent re-ingestion.
Deletion and backups
Individual saved-list deletion is bounded. Account deletion, provider propagation, backup expiry and legally retained records require the operational runbooks and monitoring named in the Legal Launch Checklist. Records retained for legal, fraud or dispute reasons are restricted from normal product use.
