Who this covers and roles
InstaLeadList is operated by Convsrr from London, United Kingdom. Privacy questions and requests can be sent to info@instaleadlist.com. This policy separately covers customers and visitors, and people whose public Instagram information may appear in the service. InstaLeadList is responsible for account, billing, security and operations data, and may act independently for public-profile discovery, storage, optional analysis and product improvement. Customers generally act independently for exports.
Customer and visitor information
We may process account email, name and authentication identifiers, OTP/authentication events, Stripe IDs and payment status, search prompts and plans, saved lists, exports, AI conversations, support messages, preferences, and security, rate-limit and search-operation logs. We use contract, legitimate interests, legal obligations or consent where genuinely required. We do not claim to collect fields the product does not collect.
Public Instagram profile information
Sourced information may include account ID, username, display name, bio, URL, image URL, website, public email or telephone, category, business status, follower, following and post counts, approximate location, activity signals and retrieval history. Optional, clearly labelled post-delivery analysis may add AI-generated categorisation or comparisons. Information is obtained through contracted data services from publicly accessible profile information, subject to verification of service authority and commitments. Public does not mean exempt from privacy law.
Purposes, bases and safeguards
Candidate bases include contract for customer services; legitimate interests for security, fraud prevention and carefully safeguarded public-profile business research; legal obligations; and consent for optional non-essential technologies. Where legitimate interests are relied upon, a balancing assessment, minimisation, suppression and objection safeguards are required. We do not claim consent from profile holders where it was not obtained.
AI processing and profiling
Search prompts may be sent to configured AI services for interpretation. When a customer requests optional post-delivery analysis, relevant saved profile fields may be used for clearly labelled classification, comparison or list analysis. Initial result delivery preserves source order and is not ranked by AI. Generated inferences are probabilistic and are not intended for legal or similarly significant decisions. High-impact uses are prohibited. Model-training, retention and transfers must be confirmed in service contracts before publication.
Retention
Retention follows the documented schedule for accounts, prompts, lists, CSVs, AI analyses, operational and security logs, billing, support, privacy requests, suppression and backups. We do not promise a deletion deadline unless the relevant workflow and monitoring enforce it.
Rights and complaints
Depending on location, people may request information, access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection, portability, withdrawal of consent, direct-marketing objection, automated-decision information, US state-law appeal or complaint. Use Privacy Choices. You may also complain to the ICO or relevant authority.
