Who this covers and roles
InstaLeadList is operated by Convsrr from London, United Kingdom. Privacy questions and requests can be sent to info@instaleadlist.com. This policy separately covers customers and visitors, and people whose public Instagram information may appear in the service. InstaLeadList is responsible for account, billing, security and operations data, and may act independently for public-profile discovery, storage, scoring and product improvement. Customers generally act independently for exports.
Customer and visitor information
We may process account email, name and authentication identifiers, OTP/authentication events, Stripe IDs and payment status, search prompts and plans, saved lists, exports, AI conversations, support messages, preferences, and security/rate-limit/provider-operation logs. We use contract, legitimate interests, legal obligations or consent where genuinely required. We do not claim to collect fields the product does not collect.
Public Instagram profile information
Provider-supplied information may include account ID, username, display name, bio, URL, image URL, website, public email/telephone, category, business status, follower/following/post counts, approximate location, activity signals, match evidence, lead score, AI categorisation and retrieval provenance. It is obtained through contracted providers from publicly accessible profile information, subject to verification of provider authority and commitments. Public does not mean exempt from privacy law.
Purposes, bases and safeguards
Candidate bases include contract for customer services; legitimate interests for security, fraud prevention and carefully safeguarded public-profile business research; legal obligations; and consent for optional non-essential technologies. Where legitimate interests are relied upon, a balancing assessment, minimisation, suppression and objection safeguards are required. We do not claim consent from profile holders where it was not obtained.
AI processing and profiling
Search prompts and relevant profile fields may be sent to configured AI providers for interpretation, ranking, classification and list analysis. Scores are probabilistic and are not intended for legal or similarly significant decisions. High-impact uses are prohibited. Model-training, retention and transfers must be confirmed in provider contracts before publication.
Retention
Retention follows the documented schedule for accounts, prompts, lists, CSVs, AI analyses, provider/security logs, billing, support, privacy requests, suppression and backups. We do not promise a deletion deadline unless the relevant workflow and monitoring enforce it.
Rights and complaints
Depending on location, people may request information, access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection, portability, withdrawal of consent, direct-marketing objection, automated-decision information, US state-law appeal or complaint. Use Privacy Choices. You may also complain to the ICO or relevant authority.
