Agreement, identity and eligibility
These Terms apply to your use of InstaLeadList, a service operated by Convsrr under the InstaLeadList trading name from London, United Kingdom. A person accepting for a business confirms authority to bind it. Users must be at least 18 and use the service only for legitimate business research, never personal surveillance. ‘Profile Data’ means provider-supplied public Instagram profile information; ‘Lead’ means a potential match; ‘Credit’ means a non-cash unit used under the charging rules.
The service
InstaLeadList interprets natural-language requests and searches, ranks, enriches and scores potential matches from provider-supplied public Instagram profile information. Results may include usernames, bios, profile links, public business contact fields, audience statistics, categories, locations and generated analysis, saved lists and CSV exports. It does not contact profiles for customers and is not affiliated with Instagram or Meta.
Customer responsibilities
Customers must determine and document their own lawful basis, provide required notices, honour objections and suppression lists, protect exports, validate important data and delete data when no longer needed. Public availability does not automatically mean consent to receive marketing. AI scores are probabilistic and must not be treated as facts.
Prohibited use
Do not use the service for harassment, stalking, fraud, phishing, private-account targeting, children, sensitive-trait targeting, facial recognition, government surveillance, immigration enforcement, discriminatory exclusion, high-impact employment, credit, housing, insurance, healthcare or education decisions, unlawful bulk messaging, bypassing opt-outs, re-identification, resale, competing data brokerage, malware, sanctions or platform-rule violations. We may suspend access for legal, supplier, security or reputational risk.
Credits, payments and refunds
Credit packs are one-time purchases, not subscriptions. Credits are charged only for valid unique profiles delivered under documented charging rules; candidates, duplicates, rejected profiles and provider failures are not delivered leads. Searches can complete partially. Credits are not legal tender or transferable unless stated otherwise. Taxes, FX and payment processing may apply. Accuracy and availability
Public data can be incomplete, delayed, outdated or wrong; profile owners, providers and platforms can change information or access at any time. No match count, contact availability, response, conversion, revenue or commercial outcome is guaranteed. Customers must verify information before acting.
Intellectual property
We retain rights in the software, branding and documentation. Customers receive a limited, non-transferable right to use the application and lawful exports for permitted internal business purposes. Customers retain rights in their prompts and are responsible for them. No ownership of profile-holder information is claimed.
Disclaimers, liability and indemnity
Subject to mandatory law, the service is provided with reasonable care but without uninterrupted or error-free guarantees. Liability is limited only to the extent permitted by law, with no limitation where law prohibits it, including fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or death or personal injury caused by negligence. Customers may be responsible for third-party claims caused by unlawful outreach, misuse, prohibited targeting, customer prompts or breach of this policy.
General terms
Notices, assignment, force majeure, severability, waiver, entire agreement, third-party rights, changes and order of precedence apply as permitted by law. These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to the operator, subject to any mandatory rights that apply to you.
